“I started my strength journey 9 weeks ago with Andrea as a total gym virgin, anyone that knows me well knows I’m not a confident person when it comes to this kind of thing, I’ve suffered years with a negative body imagine and the thought of walking into a gym would terrify me. I’m not ashamed to say that It got to a point of If I didn’t do something my health would be impacted hugely.

So I took the huge leap, did my research and Andrea was highly recommend, from the second we met I felt instantly at ease, Andrea listened, understood and welcomed me into the unknown, I can tell you there is nothing this woman doesn’t know about women’s health! "I've been working with Andrea for several years now, starting with one on one personal training sessions and now as part of her women's lifting group.

I have gone from someone who would avoid exercise or give up any attempts to get fit within a few weeks, to someone who consistently turns up and feels proud and excited to go to the gym. That is all down to Andrea's positive, encouraging, friendly and knowledge based approach, and the atmosphere she instills in both her private and group sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about many aspects of the world of health and fitness, and takes a holistic approach to tailor the sessions to individual needs.

I have had problems with joints, hypermobility and posture which I wasn't even aware needed to be taken into account, but we have slowly built up my strength to support my joints so that I had eradicated my pain! I found Andrea at the ripe old age of 40 after having my 6th baby with a whole list of problems... dodgy back, pelvis, knackered core muscles. None of this phased her. She tailored my training around all my negativity & goaded me on. I achieved things I never dreamt of when we started training. In 5 months I dropped from size 14 to size 8. I can do real press ups, monkey bars and planks forever!!!
