The StrongHer Collective - Women's Only Weightlifting Club


This space is for women who want to build strength, stay consistent, and feel part of an empowering fitness community.

To join, you’ll need to have either completed a trial

or have some previous experience with lifting. This helps ensure you get the most out of every session, stay safe, and feel confident in your workouts.

If you’ve lifted before but feel a little rusty, no problem — you can book a one-off 1-2-1 Weightlifting Workshop with one of our coaches to refresh your form and boost your confidence with key lifts like the deadlift, back squat, and bench press. You can book this via the Bookings page.

As a StrongHer Collective member, you’ll get:

✨ Hands-on coaching in a private gym space


✨ Access to small-group PT (max 5 people) women’s weightlifting sessions


✨ Ongoing access to recipe packs & nutrition guides


✨ Weekly check-ins with your coach (via your training app)


✨ Continued tracking of your progress — in and out of the gym


We have three membership options available:


Full Access – £150/month

Enjoy the flexibility of attending any class each week and make up missed sessions before or after your holidays. This option also includes access to the Mum’s Fitness Classes.

Two Classes per Week – £130/month

Your class times will be set. If you miss a session, you won’t be able to carry it over to the following week.

One Class per Week – £80/month

Your class time will be set. Missed classes cannot be made up in subsequent weeks.
