Hey! I'm a Female Fitness Coach, PT and Nutrition Specialist, and proud founder of the StrongHer Collective.
Originally from Norway, I now call Hull home, where I live with my wife, our 6-month-old baby, and two rescue greyhounds.
With over a decade in the fitness industry and qualifications including Level 4 Personal Training, Biomechanics, Sports Nutrition, Pre & Postnatal Coaching, Pain-Free Movement L1 and Weight Loss Specialisation, I’ve made it my mission to help women move away from the dieting mentality and instead focus on feeling strong, healthy and developing positive relationships with exercise and food.
I believe that fitness should support your life—not take it over—and that building strength isn’t just about muscles, but mindset too. Whether you’re getting back into movement post-baby, lifting for the first time, or navigating busy mum life, I’m here to guide you on your journey.
Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors, baking something sweet, or chasing after my little one and the dogs!
Hi, I’m Maisie! I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a background in psychology and a passion for helping women feel stronger—physically and mentally.
With over 7 years of training experience and a love for mixing up styles to keep fitness fun and effective, I’m here to support you in building sustainable habits that boost both your mental and physical wellbeing.
Alongside coaching at the StrongHer Collective, I’m Head of Programmes for Hull FC, where I lead on health and wellbeing initiatives in the community. I currently run the 7am Tuesday StrongHer Weightlifting class and also cover other sessions too—so you’ll often see me on the gym floor, cheering you on!
