This 6-week coaching package includes:
✅ A 60-75-minute 1-2-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Workshop to assess your current habits, goals and create a plan that suits you
✅5 weekly check-ins(in person or via video call) for personalised support and accountability
✅ WhatsApp support between sessions so you’re never left stuck or second-guessing
Together, we’ll look at your current eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and the real-life challenges that are making things harder than they need to be. From there, we’ll create a plan that’s actually doable — and sustainable.
No set meal plans.
