1-2-1 Lifting Workshop

– A 60-minute session covering fundamental weightlifting exercises such as the deadlift, squat & bench press, so that you can feel more confident with your technique.

– To ensure you have a solid understanding of nutrition, properly fuel your body, and maintain a positive relationship with food and exercise, you will receive a 1-2-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Workshop. During this session, we will create a personalised healthy habits guide tailored to your lifestyle.

Unlimited Group PT Sessions

– Andrea and Maisie delivers the highest standard of group coaching available. Individually adjusted to suit each participant, the group sessions are specifically designed to help you build muscle, strength and make you feel more confident lifting weights.

You will have access to as many group sessions as you like during your 5 weeks, just book on in the booking calendar. Although you will be lifting weights beyond your imagination, the sessions are fun and you will have the support and encouragement from other same minded women in the group.

We have a good mix of old and new members, ranging from total beginners to some who have been coming for 7+ years. With an expert coach at hand and the motivation from your fellow Girls Who Lift members, you will soon fall in love with lifting weights and start feeling stronger and more confident in your body.

Physical Assessments

– To help you gain a better understanding of your physical health, you will have the option of doing a body composition scan to measure your muscle mass, BMI, body fat, waist to hip ratio and water retention. (Having a good level of muscle mass is crucial for a living a long, healthy and joint pain-free life!).

Nutrition Packs

– In our app, you will have access to the vault where you can find healthy and delicious recipe packs with recipes, shopping guides, meal prep ideas and meal planning guides to help you improve your workouts, recovery and feel your absolute best.

Accountability & Check-ins

– With weekly check in’s, we will make sure you stay on track with your goals by reviewing your performance, nutrition and setting new goals to keep you achieving more.
