Weekly 60-minute 1-2-1 sessions in a private gym space. Tailored training plan with expert form coaching. Support around mindset, nutrition & lifestyle habits. Weekly check-ins and progress tracking via your training app. Access to recipes, guides & the StrongHer Collective community.


📅 Commitment:

Minimum 3-month package — because lasting results take time and consistency. You will be charged the monthly fee for 3x consecutive months from the date you sign up.
