Welcome to Mum’s Fitness Group – Your Space to Move & Feel Strong


Whether you're six weeks postpartum or chasing toddlers around the house, the Mum’s Fitness Group is here to help you rebuild your strength, boost your energy, and prioritise your wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive space.


Held at the Humber Crossfit gym in Anlaby, our classes are designed especially for mums, combining strength training, mobility work, core rehab and conditioning—all tailored to support your postnatal body and busy lifestyle.

👶 Babies, toddlers and children welcome

Bring your little ones with you—no need for childcare. We’ve created a relaxed, judgement-free space where mums can train, chat, and feel good, with the flexibility to feed, change nappies or take a break when needed.

🏋️ What to Expect:

Each session starts with gentle warm-up and mobility work to loosen up stiff hips, shoulders and target postural changes after pregnancy. We do some deep core and pelvic floor work to rebuild from the inside out before a mid session break for a quick feed, nappy change etc. In the second half of the class we get a sweat on with a circuit style strength & conditioning workout. We know how unpredictable babies and toddlers can be, but don't worry. The sessions are really relaxed and you are free to attend to or include your little ones as needed.

✅ All you need:

The all-clear to exercise at your 6–8 week postnatal check-up, fill out a PARQ, a water bottle, comfy clothes, and anything your little one needs to be cosy (pram, blanket, toys, snacks, etc.)
