Whether you're six weeks postpartum or chasing toddlers around the house, the Mum’s Fitness Group is here to help you rebuild your strength, boost your energy, and prioritise your wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive space.
Held at the Humber Crossfit gym in Anlaby, our classes are designed especially for mums, combining strength training, mobility work, core rehab and conditioning—all tailored to support your postnatal body and busy lifestyle.
Bring your little ones with you—no need for childcare. We’ve created a relaxed, judgement-free space where mums can train, chat, and feel good, with the flexibility to feed, change nappies or take a break when needed.
