Attend as many women-only group PT sessions as you’d like during your 21 days.

All sessions are coached and adjusted to suit your level — whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after time away from exercise.

You’ll learn how to lift safely, improve your strength and fitness, and start feeling more capable in your body.

You’ll train in a genuinely supportive environment with women who encourage each other, not compete.

✔ Gym confidence & movement patterns

"I started with Andrea in early November as I’d been wanting to start strength training and had been viewing Andrea’s content online but just hadn’t plucked up the courage to message and actually do it.
