The Strong Girls Club is all about helping you discover the power of lifting weights in a fun, welcoming space designed just for girls.
No experience? No problem — we’ll guide you step by step, from learning the basics to smashing your first personal bests.

🏋️ What to Expect
Every session starts with a simple warm-up and mobility work to keep your body moving well. Then we’ll cover lifting technique — things like squats, deadlifts, and presses — before doing the workout of the day.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do.
